He was born in 1969. He is a graduate of the WIU State University of Arizona and holds a CPA professional title. He is Fellow CPA Member of the International Association of Certified Public Accountants.

He has worked as a Financial Management Executive in the field of Finance, Investment Services and Asset Management (ING Bank, NN, Financial Analytics – Hellenic Brokerage Firm). Highly accomplished result – driven CFO with more than 20 years of progressive experience major specialty in M&A, restructuring and start – up of multi-national organizations. In the period 2009-2017 he contributed to the reorganization of major companies of the Marfin Investment Group (Olympic, Skyserv, RKB Serbia) as its Group Chief Financial Officer.

Subsequently, he served in the same duties (as CFO) in companies listed on the Hellenic Capital Market.
